Running upgrade.php after installing modules

I've upgraded to 4.7.4. Then installed some upgraded modules. Should I rerun the upgrade.php? When I click it on it, I get the page saying that i might get problems if i run the upgrade script more than once. Should I still run the upgrade.php?

thanks.

problem upgrading 4.6.4 to 4.7.4 Re: Fatal error: Call to undefined function banner_display() ...

I'm trying to upgrade my site from V 4.6.4 to 4.7.4

I followed the upgrade instructions and the video to the 't' (including disabling the banner and any other contributed modules) and now im getting the following error...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function banner_display() in /home/.../includes/common.inc(1180) : eval()'d code on line 1

I've seen mention of it but not any specific solution. has anyone encountered this and can you provide me with some insight as to how to go about resolving it...

cheers...

welcome page still showing

I finally managed (also thanks to the Lullabot video tutorial) an update of a complex site from 4.6 to 4.7.4 but I cannot solve a not so minor problem: the "Welcome to your new Drupal website!" page usually shown after a new installation keeps on showing as i go to the main page of the site. if I log in I get the normal contents but for an anonymous surfer this is what they get. Any hint on how to get rid of this screen?
Thanks people!

MySQL 3.23 to 4.1 issue

I've found only a few posts in the forum on this topic, so please bare with me if I've missed something...

I'm trying to import a database from a server running MySQL 3.23.58 to a server running 4.1.21 - both Drupal 4.7. I've checked and both MySQL versions appear to be using Latin1 as the default character set. It appears as if the import works, but there are no tables in the new database on the new server. I tried this from both the command line and from phpMyAdmin....both with no luck.

phpMyAdmin error on 'node' table?

I've recently upgraded to Drupal 4.7.x and I'm having many problems.

One of them is that when I inspect the 'node' table, phpMyAdmin is reporting the following errors:

Problems with indexes of table `node`
More than one INDEX key was created for column `status`

Problems with indexes of table `term_node`
PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `tid

Any ideas on how to fix these issues (non-destructively, of course! ;->)?

Thanks,
