Drupal 8 redirect to web folder

I installed drupal 8 via the composer according to the official instructions www.drupal.org/docs/develop/using-composer/using-composer-to-install-dru... After installation index.php and all the engine files was in the /web folder. And urls do not work, for example site.ru/user/login, they work only if you add /web to the url, for example site.ru/web/user/login.

Unable to see block class field in drupal 8

Hello, 

I enabled this module: https://www.drupal.org/project/block_class

Structured > block layout > custom block > add custom block. I was expecting a block class field like I saw in drupal 7 but I do not see the block class field.

Please advise.
