Use case:

Creating a style plugin for views with fields and options which are set externally in a module.

Problem 1:
I can't get the field type in views->displayhandler

class MyImageFlow extends StylePluginBase {...}

The instance '$this' delivers '$this->displayHandler' and '$this->view->displayHandler'. First one accepts checking fo field types like so:

I want to have a page/block the last/ recent comments the logged in user has posted. 

I made it in D7, but I can't seems to make it happen in D8. I googled, found article but mostly for D7 or less.

Anyone know how to add a Font-awesome icon on hover to an image that was added using the Insert Module?

Insert Module allows for CSS, but not HTML additions so I am assuming something can be done with CSS/Font-awesome unicode, just not sore how. Examples welcome.

Hi, I've done something dumb.  I was tinkering around in the Metatag module trying to figure out how to override the page title syntax at the page level (which appears to be another problem in itself) and as a test deleted out the default page title syntax from the Global settings.  That didn't do what I wanted it to, so I pasted the syntax back in - it's [current-page:title] | [site:name].
