MEGA MENU + Mobile MEGA MENU

Hello,

i have drupal latest version 8.xx.

And all the modules I can see are too old. Which modules should I use?

I need a dropdownMenu desktop with multi column and custom Block(to put custom html with ads)  ...

For that i use TB_megaMenu but the last update is " 9 October 2017 " !

And for the mobile version i found this which exactly matches my needs : Responsive_menu

But it doesn't work, i have an error :
