Drupal 8.x

I want to use Drupal for a new project, as the content contributors across different department and company policy required contents should be review annually, so one of mandatory requirement of the CMS is provide a feature to send a workflow to each content contributor annually for review their content. 

I would like to know whether any existing module of Drupal can make it happen, or I should modify the Drupal by myself.

I looked in Twig and I did not find any templates.

How can I customize the links ?

I wish to be able to search my table of data, and have it display the search results in the same (or similar) table. Forgive me if this is rudimentary, but I have searched the documentation and Google and the solution does not seem obvious to me. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm using Drupal 8. Hi, how to personalize my comments ?

- I want to display since when the comment was created instead of the date.

- I want to display the comment ID with the link "permalink".

I'm trying to create a slideshow with view containing a single slide with 5 content (image + title) as in the image:

The different contents must be responsive (bootstrap grid) and different sizes, i tested view slideshow, owl carousel but with no results.

Any suggestions? :)

I would like to create a range of templates (from a basic page content type) for editors to quickly create pages with pre-made/set paragraphs items contained within the page.

Not sure how I can achieve this, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
