Hi, I've tried multiple times to install the Webform module to Drupal 8.8.5 but each time I do so my website only show the "Drupal is already installed" page and I can't do anything but restore a previous backup of my website and database. How can I fix this ?
I've only installed a Radix subtheme, Radix Layouts, Paragraphs and Bootstrap Paragraph to the website.
After our website is deployed on production the number of users is big, so the cache size is also too big(30GB), i think it is created per user per page. Our website for now contain only public sections so no need to cache it per user per page. My question if is there an option or a configuration that we can do, to enable the caching per page only in order to reduce the total cache size?

Content type for blog articles that are tagged by blog name, category (blog name, category are two separate taxonomy lists).
View page for blog articles with a relationship and contextual filter for filtering by blog name and category. This works perfectly in preview.
I created a view for the category list and placed the block on the view page. Can the taxonomy list be used as the menu also? So instead of taxonomy/term/123 can it somehow look at the location such as url /blogs/blog_name/category/categoryname?
