How to build or generate a fixture file drupal 7 - drupal 10 upgrade

Hi,

I try to upgrade data from a module (weblinks) from drupal 7, which doesn't have a same module in Drupal 10.
As explained in https://www.drupal.org/project/weblinks/issues/3128945, the first step is to build a fixture file.
Can anyone explain to me please if this can be organised automatically, or that I have to build this manually, and how than please?

Error when clicking on Webforms

Hi everyone.  I am getting an error when I try to click on Webforms.  I am not sure exactly when this started happening.  Seems pretty recent.  Unfortunately I cannot upgrade Drupal just yet without a ton of work.

Drupal 8.9.20

Webforms 6.0

When I click on Structure -> Webforms -> Forms I get the following.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Desperately trying to Migrate a D7 install to D8+to

Hello all, I am attempting to upgrade/migrate from from a mus behaving D7 to a clean D8, D9, D10. 

The actual process works well, except for the migration of the comments module.  I have searched for a solution without success. I am hoping someone could provide advice or if willing, perform the upgrade for me. 

The error in the migrate UI is:

Migration d7_comment did not meet the requirements. Missing migrations d7_node_complete:story. requirements: d7_node_complete:story
