Apologies if this is a duplication - I'm a total newbie to Drupal and there's a fair chance I've read the answer to my question and just not realized it.

I have a simple vocabulary with 2 tiers. Structure is:

Canton
-Town

So looks like:

Vaud
-Vevey
-Montreux
Valais
-Sion
-Brig

I use a file transfer service to send files to clients which are to large to email as attachments. Using the service i just enter my email and the recipients email with a quick message then upload the file. The client then gets a notification email with a link to download the file. Is there a module which provides this functionality? If I could transfer files up to 20GB that would be great. I'm using drupal 8.

I have PHP installed and running under IIS 10. I also have a MYSQL database server up and running. I hit my drupal test site and the installation wizard completed without any errors.

Now, however, whenever I hit the site, none of the CSS loads, so I get a strange, texty looking website, but it does load and run.

Also, besides the CSS not loading, whenever I hit one of the links to anywhere else on the site, I get a 404.

I have created a restapi via Drupal 8's Views. But the json file doesn't contain the pagination info. Wondering how this can be done in Drupal 8. I can't possibly load 10k of articles in one single json, so I need the pagination to help to load part by part. Please advise.

It's my first time here, hope you can help me.

I want to import via Feeds an CSV file with a list of countries, i already installed and enabled feeds module, then I created a Feed Type, but then i don't know whath else to do. I just try /import, but doesn't work.

Hope you can help me telling me whats is the url to import my file or how i can access it.

Drupal 8.0.2
Feeds 8.x-3.x-dev
