Drupal 8.x

I'm trying to install multiple ubercart modules on my website but I keep getting 2 errors. I did try to reinstall the site and re-enable the modules but I still got the errors.

errors:

I have a development site managed with git, and I have a production site which I created with "git clone" and update with pulls from the git repository.

Now I have issued "composer update" in the development site, and it updated phpstan/pspstan. I noticed that the update pulled a .gitignore file in the vendor/phpstan/phpstan directory. This means that when I now push this to the repository, this directory will not be pushed, And when I pull to the production site, this directory will not be updated.

I intend to add some custom attributes to html tag on every page of my site. I understand I will have to override the html.html.twig in my module (as I do not want any custom theme ... I will be using core theme itself)

Which hook should I implement in my module file?

is it the hook_theme ? or hook_theme_registry_alter ? or something else?

Can somebody point me to any example code to achieve this?

I've added a language, but i would like to know if i can change the Language Code from pt-br to pt,

That's because i'm using another system to access to my view and get those nodes passing the language by url
?language=pt, but now its like ?language=pt-br, so i would like to change code name,

Could you please help me?

Hello,

I only recently got into Drupal for simple web application development and I am already very excited to begin this journey. I completed a Udemy course covering all the basics of a Drupal Core installation and got my website up and running. 

I want to develop a website that can host a weekly giveaway (users need to be registered and can only ONCE participate in a weekly giveaway contest ever). Which modules/ solutions could you advise me to learn and look into in order to develop such a website?
