Drupal 8.x

I first started with the 8.0.5.zip but there is no install.php
so I reverted back to 7.4.3 installed that version no problem copied the relative files over from 8.0.5 cp -fr drupal-8.0.5/* .
now i see an update.php
but I get this error

Is there any way to show multiple value image field in grid. Some of the modules that can do this do not have D8 version released yet.

I want two select box in the edit page. Select box is related. And it is auto from node title of two content type.

I basically posted this question in a slightly different way previously and didn't receive any replies so I am framing this somewhat differently.

I am using Drupal 8 and I am very new to Drupal in general.

I recently had to delete and reupload my drupal 8 site and now it does not appear to work despite the fact that I downloaded a full backup of the site then reuploaded every file exactly the way it was. This message now appear when I visit the site:

I know how to add a block in a D7 .tpl.php template but how is this achieved in Drupal 8?
