Drupal 8.x

Hello everyone,

I am new in the Drupal world but I learned quite a lot. I use Acquia Desktop to have a full installation.

I would like to use Composer. I would like to know if there is something special to do. I installed one theme and several modules manually. I don't know if the composer.json and composer.lock files in my Site folder have been updated automatically adding these modules / themes during the manual installation (when I put the module and theme folder in my site theme and module folder) and activation in the Extend tab.

Can you give me directions ?

I've created a custom block type and stuck it in a module, works fine.

In layout builder when adding this block I have to click Create Custom Block and there it is in the list and that works.

I with to add it to the first screen that pops up when adding blocks.

The following code "almost" works. when taking the inline block at the bottom away I see the Scott category and the block but the link doesn't work because it needs inline block in the url. I put inline block at the bottom again and I don't see the link anywhere.

Not to sure on what namespace to use

After I have been looking for a solution for several weeks now and have not found it in various videos / tutorials, I would like to ask here. If there is already somewhere a solution / explanation a short hint or a link would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I have built a multilingual site. The translation of the links, menus etc. was easy and well explained.
However, I can't find a solution on how to translate the links for books and taxonomies.
