We currently developing a new Drupal 8 website and having problems with missing fields. We use the file configuration instead of database configuration because of the deployment process and stand-alone develop environments of our developers.
Starting a clan website for a clan, nothing to fancy just a roster/rules/ts/some way to add forms for application for training and joining the clan.
Some basic admin work to keep a clan running with some basics forms, i have some html/php and design skills.
But i need something not to extensive since people higher up the chain of command do not have a lot of website experience.
I installed Drupal 8.2.5 under Nginx (the LNMP environment from lnmp.org.) The site runs fine. However, when I install themes, I always got following error:

I'm having an error that suddenly appeard. I don't recall making any changes but now I can't access my website. I'm getting this error. I tried reinstalling the address module but that doesn't do anything> the same error still exists. I"m using postgres db. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this issue in D8?
