I have an account_1 with role_1 (capacity to create other accounts), role_2, role_3, role_4.
In the form to create account, role_1, role_2, role_3, role_4 appear in the list.
account_1 create an account_2 with role_1, role_2, role_3.

When account_2 wants to create an account, he has also the choice between all the roles, not only the role he as the right.
So, in the form to create account, account_2 see role_1, role_2, role_3, role_4.

I cannot find the option to "Execute custom PHP Code" in Drupal 8 "Rules". I have added the php filter module as well. Where has this Rules feature gone?

At my church, we regularly upload videos to YouTube and embed them in our site (currently wordpress). I want a page to show them in a grid view or list view with a thumbnail from the video which I can upload.

I am a beginner and have multiple questions:
1. Which content type should I use for this? (I am only embedding the video not hosting)
2. How do I dedicate a page to show these videos in the grid view with thumbnails

I am currently using the Bootstrap template.

I have need for 2 Drupal 8 developers (preferably w/ Acquia exp).

Customer is embarking on better approach for managing their commercial sites. Plan to leverage Acquia site factory to improve processes associated w/ 25 external sites to reduce their costs while improving timeliness of updates and content propagation.
