Drupal 8.x

A D8 site was put in maintenance mode by a user (not user1) and user made simple edits to content and blocks. When site was taken out of maintenance mode I saw the changes made were gone. The user had permissions to make all the changes. Where did they go?

i have defined a content type which is different from article & basic page. I have created an content type, which comprises of few inbuilt fields. i need to define an template using twig.

i have modified the changes in node.html.twig file and rebuild the cache.

I couldn't see the changes also getting an error.

Can anyone please help me out.

Good day. I have here my 2nd challenge. As said in previous post I am a non IT person trying to build a site and need help.

I have been running 8.2.7 since the beginning of the year and it has not given me much problems!

Only the following challenge. When I try to upgrade to the latest 8.3.x, I get a white screen! Lucky I backed up since my last upgrade attempt and could go back to 8.2.7 - but for now running the latest drupal 8 is not possible and I am stuck with 8.2.7

Here is what I do. I use a subdomain to install a test of the latest drupal 8-

Can we create a file upload field in content type to upload both file and image at a time. Please help me to resolve this.

Good day everyone. This is my first post so I am jumping in with a question about my site. But first just something about myself - I am a DIY person and in the beginning of 2017 started an online community / forum upon request from a group of people. I have scoured for this for ages and found some suggestions of it working, but they're not very helpful or are for Drupal 7 and settings have changed.

I am using Drupal 8 and I want to create a view that has a contextual filter that fetches event nodes based on a linked taxonomy term. But instead of using the terms ID I want to use its URL alias.

Firstly, is this possible? Obviously, it works when using a term's ID but I cannot get it to work with a terms URL alias.
