Drupal 8.x

Hi all,

I am new to Drupal but I know its one of the best CMS systems around from all the search Ive done. I wondering of anyone knows or is any themes that are sort of geared / structured for a combination of the following [ a compendium/archive of records/library terms of ability to easily create sub-set after subset of folders. Also have the ability to host videos. There would be thousands of documents and terabyes of video data. At some stage hope to get some funding and some help down the line. But I can want to see what things might look like

I want to create a web application that will display articles from a mysql database. And I'm new to drupal. I wonder if drupal can meet my needs if so. What are the procedures to follow?

Hi, I'm trying to get Drush running correctly on my local Drupal 8 site but keep getting this error in my Terminal:

Drush 7.0.0 does not support Drupal 8. [error]

Does anyone know how to upgrade Drush 7 to 8? I've tried various ways to do this but can't seem to get it to work. I'm kind of new to this, so please explain it as though you were talking to a 10 year old.

Relatively new to D8, and I'm having trouble with some contributed modules installed on my site, where I'm unable to access the configuration pages for those modules. There will be a link in the expected location in the admin menu, but when I try to open the page, I get a "Page not found" page instead.

An example is Configuration > System > Mail System. The menu link is there, but trying to open /admin/config/system/mailsystem doesn't work.

I am working with a theme developer who has requested the exposed filter for a view be moved into the header section to coordinate with some other text elements that are in the header. I have the following modules installed (using Drupal 8):

-Better Exposed Filters
-Views Entity Reference Filter

I tried exposing the form as a block and then adding a global rendered entity-block to the header, but encountered the following issues:

Drupal 8.3.7
Attemping to add content item with jpeg image (4 KB)
Min and max resolutions are set as is max file size.
Message appears after entering word/s in Alternative Text box
