[SOLVED]Drupal 8 adds [2] to any numeric value

Hello!
I've reinstalled Drupal 8 with Commerce 2 twice on my latest DockerforDrupal containers but the weird issue still appears.

It adds [2] after each numeric value both in Admin menu and Pages.

For example, if I add a Cart block to the page, it shows 0[2] orders, install 3 modules, it says 3[2] modules installed.

Could somebody help?

Thanks!

Views page path and URL alias issues

I'm using Drupal 8.4 and a Bootsrap subtheme.

I am trying to create a Photo gallery using Views and Panels. All goes well with creating blocks and displaying them through panels but the problem arises when I use the views page to publish each gallery node via a views grid and each gallery opens in Colorbox. I have had it working with the path set at node/% but then if I try to add any other content  via the Article or  and new content type those content nodes don't show up. I can edit and preview them but not view them.

Migrate Taxonomy between Drupal 8 sites, handling NULL description

In a multi-site setup we are sharing the taxonomy between sites by migrate. Below is a snippet of the migration yml file. In nearly every case the description is NULL and gives a "Input should be an array" error. How would I handle the description being NULL but still handling the cases when it has a value and a format?

Why is an rsync-ed copy of file system/database prompting for a re-install for D8?

I have an rsynced copy of my production file system and its database on a new dev server.  In production, the site is running in root (/).  On this new dev machine, it is running in a sub directory off root (/dev) .

When visiting the URL on the dev server, its prompting me to install Drupal.   I know this is wrong, but can't figure out why.

What do I need to run my production copy in a sub-directory?   I'm completely stumped...

Drupal Commerce 2 vs WooCommerce

Hello, everyone!

As you might know, Drupal Commerce 2 was released a month ago.

Could somebody tell me the benefits of it over WooCommerce?

Thanks!
