Drupal 8.x

I am trying to implement a carousel , inside my views-view-fields--block_1.html.twig , I want to add  active class inside the div for the first Iteration . I have added the code in twig file but every time it is adding active class for all the iteration. In my view title,body,image and result counter fields are there . From result counter i am getting the value and comparing inside the above twig file. Can anyone give suggestion, how to achieve this . Here is the code snippet.

I want to upgrade my php version from PHP5.6 to PHP7.1.

However - I used SuHosin to fix a menu re-ordering problem. (https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2742371 Post#11)

PHP7.1 Requirements say "AVOID Suhosin"

How does one avoid Suhosin if I need it?

OR - is there something innate in PHP7.1 that overrides the necessity of Suhosin in PHP5.6?

I followed the  below steps many times to back up from drupal 7 to restore to drupal 7. I was able to restore to target site without problem. Today, I tried to follow the same steps but source is drupal 7 and target is drupal 8.  I am stuck at step no 6. I do not see the Backup and migrate module under extend page. Please advise on how I can do the migration from drupal 7 to drupal 8. Thanks.

1) On the source server, upload the backup and migrate module

2) On the source server, take a backup of the database using the B&M module
