I'm starting on working with Drupal and find that it's a bit overwhelming in trying to determine how I shoudl do thing since there is a 1000 way to do anything.
I was hoping to find someone who could guide me in some general direction and answer questions as time allows.
For example I know what I want the website to do, but when I thinks something like "OK I want a user to daily track their steps", (Just as an example), I then think...
I had an article translated in 5 different languages. I decided to delete the translations and keep only the english content. But even when the translations don't appear in the content dashboard they still appear in the view that i had created. And i don't understand why. Someone can help me?
I've installed Drupal 8.4.2 and now I saw 8.4.3 is available. I followed the steps recommended in "manual update procedure" (so no Drush, no Composer).
However, when going to /update.php, I have:
Verify requirements (done)
Overview (done)
Review updates -> Drupal database update: No pending updates.
I may understand that not all core updates imply database changes but my concern is that going back to Administration -> Reports -> Status report shows that I'm still in 8.4.2.
