Drupal 8.x

Dear guys,

I have googled around and checked that

1. I am using the node 1 user and also set as administrator

2. I have already enabled "update manager" module

3. I have already cleared cache of my browser

I am using D8 on acquia cloud site (trial version yet) and I could not find the "Install new module"  button on Extend page.

I also tried to go to /admin/modules/install

It said access denied as I am not authourized to access to that page. However, I am using the node 1 user account and set as administrator...

I'm admittedly not a pro with Drupal, and have bungled my Views up.  I was tinkering with how to add a RSS feed to a View, saved, and now I get "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." whenever I try to access Admin>Structure>Views.  My other Views are working, editable, and my site otherwise works as normal.  The site is angry about that attempted RSS feed in conjunction with other settings I made, per the logged error below.

I have started building a site with Drupal 8.  I had hoped to use webforms to auto-populate new nodes to save time, however this requires the Rules module which is still in development for Drupal 8, but has a stable release for Drupal 7.  This means I could downgrade Drupal in order to build the site I want, despite my incredibly meager coding ability.  I'm working on making the site functional, so I wouldn't lose much progress made on my site.
