Question about drupal 6 translation feature

Hi,
i understood that drupal6 allows for easy translation of node content.
But does it allow easy translation of taxonomies ? How does the translation system deal with taxonomies ?

Cordially,

Time limit access to content pages (willing to pay consultation fees)

Can Drupal limit user access to content by time limit? I'm willing to pay for consultation fees to someone who can help me implement this.

Here's how I want the site to work:

1) User purchases a coupon
2) Coupon allows the user access to premium content
3) User access expires after 1 week

Things I need to know:

* How would I generate the coupon code?
* How to revoke user access once coupon has expired?

Totally confused about how to start

Thank you so much for looking. I'm brand new to Drupal. I have 3 website domains, all different topics, that I would like to use with Drupal.

My Hosting company (Netfirms) and account is wide open for having multiple domains, as many databases as I want, shell access, etc, etc. I have no limits there at all. Total freedom with cPanel or what-have-you.

So I'm wondering, should I set up separate instances of Drupal and databases for each domain/site?
or
Should I go the Multi-site route within Drupal (seems quite confusing...)?

Game/arcade site: what to do? modules etc..help..

Okey her is my problem..
I have been running my site in WP and Joomla for some time, but its not what i was looking for..

I run a arcade/game site and I want it to "look and feel" something like this site: hxxp://xspill.no (xx = tt)

what do I do?
Do I have to make all the modules myself? are there modules that are like this allready? Anything I can use for this site..

I will try to recap what i need:

A few questions about Drupal

I am a web designer who has (until recently) used Wordpress as a CMS for my clients websites. I have found their user support lacking and frustrating and now I am desperately in search of a CMS that will be able to serve my needs as a designer as well as the needs of my clients.

  • I am a designer and NOT a programmer. I DO understand how to manipulate PHP with little problems, but I do not have the ability to develop PHP code from scratch nor am I (currently) looking to delve into that world. Will that be a foreseeable issue for when I want to customize my site?
  • As a designer I create sites for companies that are not necessarily "community" based sites. Is Drupal's core system geared more towards those kinds of sites? And if so, would it be difficult on my part to manipulate it so that is not?
  • Speaking of manipulating... as I stated I have used Wordpress as a CMS until recently, and despite my woes I found the Wordpress system to be a fairly easy system for me to learn and manipulate. For those of you who have experience with WP (as a CMS), is Drupal going to be an extreme learning curve for me?

Most important/downloaded modules.+ question

Hi, I decided to switch from joomla. They have good feature on there web site: you can view most popular/downloaded modules. Is there a list somewhere of "must have" modules for drupal? And why don't drupal team make rating availiable for modules?

And extra question: this module cames with joomla: you have a module that displays items from category - every time different(every time you restart page, new random text appears - I use it for "interesting facts")
