I need to find out if Drupal enable us to build a ranking system where highest ranked content rises to the top in each section ? Please advise the steps which we would need to go through to achieve this Goal.

first i must apoligize cause of all these grammar mistakes u will see ahead:P

im trying to make a website for my sisters firm. i would`ve done it in "usual way" - as a static website, but my sisters need to do occasional changes in pages so i had to look for other options. I have been learning drupal about two weeks, and for me its quite easy to make a simple blog, forum or about site but dealing with subpages and 3 different language options..its quite difficult.

i send a simple scheme of that what website should consist.

I first posted this in the paid forum section, but I think it really belongs in this section.

Is it possible to create a personal matching site using drupal? something similar to chemistry.com or eharmony.com.

I know it is possible to set up a social networking site....just not sure about a personals site. If so, then I will also be looking to hire someone to help me create/build the site.
