Organic Groups to make international news site?

Hi, I want to make international news site and I do not know what the best way.

The architecture:

Country A (misite.com/countrya)

  • Administrator (Only manages its editors and users)
  • Editor
  • Users

Country B (misite.com/countryb)

  • Administrator (Only manages its editors and users)
  • Editor
  • Users

I need a content type for each country or only a taxonomy?
I recommend using views and content types or organic groups?

Tanks!

Creating a 2nd drupal site

I currently have a site at xmoddz.com for xbox and pc repair. I wanted to create a 2nd site that would be a blog on xbox and pc repair. Should i create a brand new drupal site and login or use my existing site since i already have all the modules set up, i dont even know if this is possible?

I already have a web host using dreamhost, should i put my new site in the same ftp server or should i sign up for a totally new host?

Thanks

Is Drupal suited for my needs ?

I'm a designer working mostly with Photoshop and Illustrator in advertising, I've made webpages in the past, but writing html hand coded in dreamweaver, and now I want to step up to learn php, mysql and other stuff but I see with those cms it's no need also to learn those, but I'll try.
My website I want to be something like that ... more like a portal I think .... Home, Forum, Blog, Shop (e-commerce), IT News, Files (download section) ... will Drupal suit my need and also I can learn php in an easy maner ?
Which are the advantages over joomla or wp ?
