Before you start

Hi,

I want to do something simple but I am obviously making a mistake somewhere. I want my site to be domain.com with www.domain.com redirecting to it.

At the moment, they are being treated seperately, I can be logged in as www.domain.com and not logged in as domain.com. The server, debian, is running apache2 with one IP and multiple sites.

Can anyone advise?

when somebody try to registed new account, He got this message :-

Note:-
I'm publish my site in folder named (d), not in root.

i wanted to ask, my php knowladge is present yet very messy and i wanted to know if as a proccess of learning drupal you can learn php the right way?
or you wiull just be able to write good drupal modules, yet they work differently then other things?
i guess i can learn advance syntex from drupal but i also know that for example learning php using things like smarty or even zend framework are pretty "closed" and intended to use only on this frameworks.

i understand you can host multiple drupal sites on the same machine, and also that each site can use the same core drupal files so when you create a new site you dont have to copy 1.5 mb..
i wanted to ask, is there an automated system in html view that can create new sites with a button?
lets say you choose the theme and whatever you want for system configuration and this php file create your system using the same core files?

how hard will it be to make this basic system?

When it comes to theming, and creating basic Drupal setups I'm fairly confident I can achieve any number of things, however I am stumped as to how I'll develop a project I've been assigned. I'm not even sure if Drupal can cater to my needs, but it's worth a shot as I enjoy working with it.

Basically the website will cater to two role types, users will need to be able to sign up as either a contributor or a buyer. Is this possible in itself? Two seperate sign up options or can this be achieved with roles? (I've never worked with roles)
