Hi, I'm thinking of switching my store from Zen Cart to Drupal Ubercart.
Zen Cart's Image Handler module for automatically resizing images on-the-fly, where needed, works flawlessly for handling all three smaller images in the store's various product listing and gallery areas, and then the large, native-size image pops open in lightbox from the product info page.
I'm just wondering if Drupal Ubercart has an image resizer that installs and works as easily as Image Handler does for ZC ..
I'll jump straight into it. Here's what I'm trying to make:
1. A landing/selling page, that is static for all users. It will be based on this theme: http://winterbits.com/themes/Platino/ . Users will take a survey (built in either javascript or flash, haven't decided yet) which will then recommend products for them based on their answers to the survey questions.
2. The user will purchase the items recommended to them using Paypal/an integrated ecommerce portal.
Hi everyone
I want to install/user drupal as cms and download center on my site
and i need a download center as a main section in my website
before i'v searched the modules , sorry maybe i didn't type the suitable word for searching
but all i get file manager for the website files , fields manager and other modules .
I'm looking for a way to do this, but I'm not sure about the best way to accomplish it. Basically, I would like to have my users fill out their profile, content profile, and newsletter preferences once they register for the site. I found out, that I could create a page with links to the pages I want them to edit, and then open those links using automodal. At the bottom of the page, I could then add a "continue on to the site" link, which would bring them to the main part of the site once they finished. However, there is nothing that requires users to click on these links.
My using Drupal or not will depend on the answer to this question, hence it is of prime concern to me. I built a site on Joomla spending 200 hours only to find an essential feature not availble. Therefore, I have to search for the right CMS all over again. Hope you appreciate my concern.
Can I create a document hierarchy of the following type?
Im hoping some people can give me some clues how the best more efficient way to go about organizing this is...
the idea is to have a complete site with 5 different overall categories, which would be the primary links. lets call it Forest, Deserts, Mountains, etc. and under that would be a forum with a few topics and some articles in the form a blog or book,(not sure which ones better for that)
