Maybe I have to install them both to get the difference, but I would like to understand, first...
The captcha module page says: "New Version, be careful when upgrade, now it needs the Textimage module", but I have installed captcha WITHOUT textimage and it works flawlessly...
Do I really need textimage?
Should I prefer textimage to captcha?
Hi all, I am looking for a solution for this;
I have a home builders website and they want to have a password protected client backend where when the client logs in the client can : view a home progress photo gallary of ONLY their home, a todo list of clients responsibility, 2 different journal types that the Builder can add entries just for that client but the client can only read them, and a contact form.
I have a 4.6 site I'm happy with for now. It would take a lot of time to try and upgrade - I'll save that for later this summer.
I want to install 4.7 in a subdirectory - separate fresh install, separate db and all config files of it's own.
I'm thinking of switching a few Xoops sites to Drupal.
I have several pages that are static pages that are HTML with a I attached a php header and footer tags attached. Is there a way that I can keep this exact URL and still get the benefits of Drupal:
I have looked at Joomla and Drupal both, and for my use Drupal is the better 'fit' for me, however there is one necessary component that I MUST have for my site.
Is it possible, or has anyone done a 'hack' to allow users to edit only specific pages or content? I want to be able to set up a page or pages, assign a user to it and let them take care of the content from there on out. Anxiously awaiting your feedback.
I have a bunch of portals made for my site, URLs that redirect to somethign that changes the Drupal theme and therefore switches blocks. I'm wondering this: could I have multiple Drupal sites that have different themes/blocks but the same nodes and users?
