After a long CMS evaluation odyssey, Drupal looks like a congenial candidate for me. Only the apparently missing multilingual *content* feature makes me still hesitate. I read about the i18n module but didn't understand if it already works with the final Drupal 4.7. And I saw many discussions going into detail and postponing a nice and patch-free solution to Drupal 5.0.

Each user will register first(i alrready have a database with user logins and passwords that I want to use). Then, each user can login and edit a personal website. Each website will be on a different location, like this, for users "guilherme" and "pedro":
I recently downloaded KASL Webhost, for our non-profit organization. We want to offer our members free webhosting on our domain complete with a built in WYSIWYG editor and access to their account to edit their site whenever they want.
I have just stumbled across Drupal and have no prior knowledge of it. I designed a very basic site for someone who want the ability to maintain a simple realstate and sponsor listings for little to no cost to setup.
Is Drupal the right choice for creating just two very simple listings?
The site has already been built. With Drupal, can I simply insert a <? php> tag into the existing content the generate the list in-place in the existing site?
