Does Drupal have a module which can restrict access of only one user to only one web page (node) when that particular user has logged in?

My client would like to post exam test results on his site. So, only one page of content would be available exclusively to one particular logged in user. This page or node should only be accessible to the right username and password.

Hope to be new drupal user soon !

First of all hi. I am new here and interested in drupal. I am using if anyone heard little cms calles sNews. Since it has become kind of too small I am looking at drupal as a solution for my site. Now if anyone can tell me would I be able to keep directory structure as it is now on my site when using drupal. I know that solution is with redirectrs 301 but would really like to keep my current structure. Website I am talking about is http://www.historyexplorer.net

Converting static site to Drupal 5

Hi,

I'm completely new to Drupal, but think it might be just what I'm looking for to convert a little site I made so that other people can update the content and to give it some kind of community interaction.

Drew a sitemap and theme idea, looking for advice on over all idea and Drupal setup, modules, etc

Awhile ago I drew up what I wanted my site to be. Basically an all around site for everything about me. Blogs are one sided as they are journals. I want to share my picture collection, my favorite files, have a forum, have my blog, have a place to host my "projects", make a webcomic or three, have a place for movies.

I drew the sitemap like this.

I also added a type of theme I wouldn't mind having(the tribal looking one). I'm wondering which theme would be best to make this off of or how to get the image behind the menu system if on sidebar?

I'm familiar enough with drupal(ran it and setup a few times) to know it can do all this. I'm just wondering yours all opinion on having a site LIKE this and how well Drupal could handle this.

My main problem is setting up section homepages where they look a bit different and not just have the entire site a ton of links to every other section. Ideally I'd want it looking SORT of like this. I'm don't like having a "normal" website, with side navigation, and white backgrounds.

My other problem is I'd hope in setting this system up it'd be simple to keep track of and not hard to find something to edit it.

Sport club website: best possible set-up

We are considering a new version for our club website based upon Drupal (4.7.X).

However a couple of design question arise while considering Drupal for the new set-up.

We want a page for each team consisting out of:
- picture of the team
- players
- coaches, ...
- url link to the ranking
- Scheme of all games to be played + scores
see an example at our current website: http://www.volley-zoersel.be/cms/ploegen.asp

How do I add pages/stories to primary links menus?

Hi there. I am very new to Drupal and I have my basic site set up and my blog going, but I can't figure out how to add content in my primarly link menus (Music, Lyrics, Charts). I think I have set the primary links up correctly and as I want them to display URL-wise (nodes 1, 2, 3, etc), but when I create a page or story and set the parent menu options to one of those menus I still get a "page not found" message.
