Ive created an basic page used as an "Guestbook" displaying on the homepage, when people join the website they can leave a message to socialize, now i cant figure out how to enable a pager on a basic page, is there an easy solution?

I am a retired CEO having run a fairly large company. IOW I am not a dummy. Moreover I have 21 years of avocational open source experience beginning with RH 7.x. I have Drupal experience (although dated).

I intend to migrate a blog from blogger. I decided to install 9.1.5 to a local machine running Fedora 33. I have already selected a hosting company once everything is working.

How do i get my taxonomy terms to display as a menu with image for each parents vocabulary
More important to get them as a horizontal menu

I want to hook an outcome of a webform, example:

Somone makes an webform (in my case an application to join our gamingclan), they fill in a list and the outcome is smth like this https://ibb.co/VjWCZtP

and if the outcome of Accepted to clan?: {Empty} = Accepted to clan?: {Yes} they get the role clanmember, where do i need to look?.
