Could anyone please offer thoughts or advice about how/from what, I might create a left hand side menu 'Manual' style Drupal 9 site.

TL;DR - Would creators and/or contributors of Drupal be fine knowing that there is someone out there making a clone of Drupal in Python?
I know this has been addressed a few times, and maybe it is not something someone would like to try having everything almost done in Drupal with PHP/Symfony.
I also know that part of the philosophy of almost every information system comes from its roots and that includes the programming language on which they are developed.
and "Connection not secure" appears when browsing. I'm not sure about the problem, I was reading about the http protocol ... But I don't know what step I have to follow. Is there a module that helps?
I recently have been evaluating GraphQL 4 on Drupal 8.9.13, 9.1.5 and 9.1.6 and executing CRUD operations on four different content types Article, Page, Card, and Rock. While two of the content types are default Drupal types, (Article, Page) and two were added by manually creating them using the UI, the documentation for GraphQL 4 is limited and I've been forced to develop a lot of things myself.
I am trying to import some content from another website into a Drupal node. External content is HTML. I have tried with Feeds module and Url_embed module. Both did not work. I do not want to import the content in an iframe. I try to find a solution since days, but Google do not find anything. Does anybody has an idea how to solve this? Thank you for your ideas!
