drupal theme.inc error

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/www/drupal.org/includes/theme.inc on line 678

I just recceived this here, not sure it anyone wanted to know or where to post

Why can I no longer search the forum archives without creating a CVS account?

All I want to do is search the archives here on Drupal for a problem I'm having, but whenever I enter a search, I am taken to this page: http://drupal.org/cvs-account. Is this a bug or do you have to create a CVS account before you're even allowed to search now?

Is this a bug?

Wasn't sure if this is the proper place to post this-

I just added some Mac and PC keyboard shortcuts to my site, then added them as menus on the left, and after posting them, part of both articles is now appearing at the bottom of my front page! Both articles contain some tables, but otherwise just text. It's only on the front page. Any ideas why this is happening? Can't we use tables in stories (have full HTML on).

Here's the site: Geekronomicon

Thanks.

Stinkin' Normal Menus!?

I'm new to Drupal but I have a lot of CMS experience. What I simply can not understand is how to create a stinkin' normal hierarchical navigation menu. Shouldn't it be the first thing any CMS should do? I create a page, assign a position, boom, menu is updated. Done. It's just very, very frustrating when a software is supposed to be super easy, you're a pro, and yet, you can't get the most stupid things to work. Do I have to work with the taxonomy system? I tried but nothing shows up in the Main Menu. Please, someone point me in the right direction. Thank you.

How to move older article to top

Just getting started, so sorry if this is obvious. How do I move an article that was written a day or so ago to the top of the article list without making it a sticky? I guess I just want to reorder articles to move them around.
Thanks!

Drupal.org and Opera 8

I surf drupal.org using both Firefox and Opera, depending on if I am at home or at work.
Last night I noticed that Drupal.org was down for maintenance. When it come back up it does not display properly in Opera any more. Now the primary navigational tabs don’t display and the search form does not display. It is still fine in Firefox.

Anybody else also having this problem.

I think it is the CSS.
