Anyone seen these sites in log files. They seem to be chinese. A search engine. A type of proxy request. A nuisance on my log files, and a bother on my stats. I saw on a former post that some people have had issues, however no apparent resolution exists other than to block the whole ip range or use an .htaccess rule to stop / block / redirect. I am relunctant to do either until a reasonable explanation can be attained.

My opinion: Chinese search engine trying to access my server thousands of times. Is this an attack, spam, or simply users trying to view pages translated?

I am trying to create a menu and include items for My Account and My Blog. If I put user/%uid in the path field for the My Account entry all goes well and the user's ID is parsed into the path going directly to the user profile.

However, when I follow the same logic and add blog/%uid to the path field for the My Blog item it does not correctly parse the user ID into the path.

Why is %uid correctly parsing for some areas of Drupal but not for others?

Can anyone please tell me how to integrate drupal with prado. I have some records displayed using prado. I am planning to use drupal for posting stories, page, photo's etc and prado for displaying the records from MySql database. Currently I have some employees data displaying using prado. These employees are the users of my website and they will login using Drupal. Once they login, they need post there comments etc using Drupal and also they can go to there pages designed using Prado. Can anyone help me to solve this issue.

We use drupal with the book module for an internal documentation site, however we now have so much content that about the only good way to find articles is to use the search - which isn't always as fast as i'd like.

The problem is linking lots of content together. I.e. my drupal documentation would idealy contain quick links to php, apache and postgres nodes.

Can anyone recomend a module/method to achieve this sort of ease of linking.

Any tips or optimisations to search would also be useful.

Hi -I have img and img_assit installed, when I upload images, even though they appear to come in successfully, I always receive the following error message:

The selected file /home/skvrnduk/public_html/mydrupal/files could not be copied.

the thumbnail and original are still imported, so not sure why this message comes up.

However just recently, the 'add image' icon while in the edit area of a node, has become disabled. I click on it, but no pop up window now appears for me to bring in in-line images into my posts.

the other thign I noticed about the drupal default install is thta it has much to be desired regarding the amount of info a user can put in. is there a different mod fo rthat so you can put in more info?
