Is there an option or module for trackbacks in 4.7?

A couple of problems have shown up for me using the Bookmarks module with the Taxonomy Browser module.

The taxonomy browser doesn't seem to tap into the taxonomy url structure generated using path auto. I can live with that, but the url it generates when terms are combined has a question mark on the end of it (e.g. http://www.mydomain.com/taxonomy/term/72%2C2?).

Has anyone purchased and read this latest book on drupal? Specifically, how does it compare to Robert Douglass' book? Is there anything new and useful that one can learn?

Robert's book was very comprehensive, so I am wondering what new things I will learn from the new book.

Long time ago, can't find the post anymore, someone said drupal.org could host the translations with URLs like fr.drupal.org, it.drupal.org, etc.

Is that still in the plans? I'd be more than happy to transfer drupalfrancais over to fr.drupal.org.
