Hi - what's the best way to go about creating a booking system for a cinema?
x4 screens, showing 3 films a day with differing seat costs
obviously taking payment and issuing tickets
..anyone have any experience of something like this?

I've noticed I've never seen a reply to any private message I've sent here. Rather than assuming no one is replying, rather, how will I know when i get a reply? I see no where to enable it. Thanks.

I am just a beginner looking to be pointed in the right direction.

For a while now I have been watching videos and reading books on Drupal, so I have been playing around with my installation while learning the Basics of Drupal.

First I will give you a brief explanation of the site I am looking to develop.
Wholivestherenow.com will be a site where a user can upload a few pictures, of them self, their pet and the house they now live in and, with the option to leave a few comments.

My ultimate goal is to have a site with a directory of addresses to where people could enter there Postal / Zip code of where they lived as a child and if that particular address has been uploaded then the database would display so the user could show there wife/husband/children where they grew up as a child. And would may have the function to communicate with that person, (asking questions such as does Sandra still live next door, does old Alex still reside up the street at No 47).

As a beginner I’m thinking the person uploading the content would require a simple form with fields to gather the address data, and will have the option to upload some images and basic information.

I'm intending to build a social market site where people can register and post their items for sell. They can also came back and do any medications or changes. The question is: For such a site should I use Ubercart or E-Commerce? Or they both can do the job?
