Does anyone know how to hide submitted images from showing up in Archives.

I have a block which only certain users can see. In the block has the link for Image Gallery. Only certain users can see the block and link.

The problem I'm having is every picture submitted also shows up in Archives. Which everyone can see what was submitted in Archives

Is there a way to hide the pictures uploaded from appearing in Archives?

This field shows up under the Fields section in Views, but it doesn't show up under Sort Criteria and I need to sort this view using this reference field, is there a way to include this field in the view?

I have created a new menu item under Navigation. I am using the first user account but for some reason, it doesn't show up in this account. If I logout to a anonymous account, the menu item shows up. When I try to View it, I got this error

Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page.

What could be wrong?

What is the most easy way to produce a table who show ex. names and addresses submitted from a web form in a table? One submission in each row. I would make a simple system for signing on to a conference and show who is signed on.

I want to make two containers - events and directory - that share a lot of the same categories. For example, some of the categories they have in common are: clubs, bars, restaurant (easy to see how these categories could apply to both events and a directory, yes?) but they won't share ALL the same categories.
