What I want to do is create a site wich has really alot of products in it. Every product will have its content put in a node... maybe a story or a product node. But what I need to know is if somehow I could create some customised search fields by wich a website viewer van search the site for.

I'd like to have for instance the option to let the user select different weight categories for a certain set of products. This could be shown for instance in a drop down list.

i was trying the audio and playlist module and was wondering if there is a way to add audio files from an external server. You would specify the url or m3u and then it is played on your drupal site using a flash player.

ideally you would add your files to a database and then these files can be linked to different playlists. all using external urls and not uploading the files which is what you can do now.

Version 4.7.4, using friendly urls and default drupal theme.
I am new with drupal and got 2 issues to solve:

1.) Active menu is showing only in FireFox in IE doesn't. Why?

2.) How to customize front page:
- how to set intro teaser less than 200 characters (I made some searches, but what is the best simple solution)
- how to customize front page to show 2 block per line, and categories blocks each in different color.

For setting up big ecommerce store (> few thousand items),
1) Is drupal store stable,scalable and good enough?
Or is it better to use other external shopping cart like oscommerce?
2) Can drupal store database be integrated with ebay store?
Any advice would be much apprciated.

I am using fancy theme, how do I edit the "powered by" and "designed by" links so I can put some other links or let alone delete them all together

Hi,
I want to find some drupal sample sites that allow people to login and look at the configurations. That's the best way to learn.

I know that there are 1 or 2 sites that are educational sites. But they are either too simple, like using just page module or book module. I am looking for sites that use more modules. It would be the best if the site uses many different modules in the same site. They can be in different pages or even same page.

Does anyone know any?
