Hi..I just want to ask if there is drupal member here who succesfully built a social bookmarking site with drupal + drigg module..I'm asking this because I have tried ro install it in many web hosting but none is succesful..
This isn't really even specifically Drupal related... can I ask non-Drupally questions here? Let's find out...
So I'm currently writing a website specification for a public sector organisation. Because of this it's important to benchmark as many of the build requirements as I can.
However a lot of the website building world instinctively seems to be pretty subjective, and it would be good to find ways of making things as objective as possible, so there is a clear achievable target.

Hey everyone, I'm here today to ask you to help me help you :) We are looking for people who have done a little bit of coding for Drupal modules (doesn't matter if it's contrib modules or your own creations) and want to really master things to do bigger development projects and write better code. We're putting together some training materials and want to bring in a few beta testers to refine them.
The subject was straight to the point, so will this.
I'm losing interest in Drupal as a viable option, and have begun to move on to paid solutions and paid content management systems, with the caveat that I'm also paying for support. Everything else, I'm able to build myself. I regret totally that most modules I've encountered fill a broad, basic need as a catch-all for thousands of users. The idea seems to be that if you build a 'suite' (such as ubercart), you'll fill most needs and perhaps most of your users will only need to use 70 or 80 percent of it. That does also mean that users are going to need your help to make up that last 20 or 30 percent on their own, and this is where I see a major flaw with this community.
