Hello, I was wondering how good Drupal would be for a social networking site compared to Oxwall. I need it to be quite scalable and customizable. I know Oxwall is made specifically for social networks, but does it have the same customization?

Currently I am trying to prepare myself for the Acquia Certified Drupal Site Builder exam. I have built a fair amount of sites making good use of many built-in and contributed modules, so i feel pretty confident about most of the requirements. My name is Alisa and I am making a project bout the Drupal “onboarding” experience. I plan to develop an educational computer game that shall help developers that are new to Drupal learn what they need to know to understand Drupal, git and other relevant knowledge. Curious if anyone has any documentation, YouTube videos, articles or even great examples of website layouts as it relates to customer flow and funneling them towards the Call-To-Action (CTA).

I have lots of sites that I think look good but am not sure if they are in line with what a marketing/advertising/site optimization team would say is good.

I'm assuming a well established site like Facebook can do things that a startup company wouldn't want to. So any links to proper page layouts for smaller sites would be good
