I am not the administrator who set up the Drupal website. I believe it is v7.8 according to the ChangeLog.txt file.
I have been given access to make changes to the website and have posted several articles. However, the articles have been "cut off" and a "read more" link is visible to see the additional text. From reading through other posts, it would appear that you can set the length of trimmed posts to a certain character limit or unlimited.
My problem is that I can't find where that value is stored in order to edit it.

maybe i'm just blind but i can't find a way to make a tab for deleting a node available in tab-menu. it's should be shown for the author (user) and the admin, but it's just not there... permissions are set, i even see it in the tab tamer module, but not on the page.

I'm really stuck here, so please help me, it would be truly appreciated.
I'm building my first website for my youthcafe/club, now I have HTML and CSS knowledge so I can customise the available themes to my likings.
But here's the problem, I'm a newbie in php, a real issue here... i know
