Drupal 7.x

I want that user can upload their personal images and they will get uploaded to the folder images/'username'/
Where username is specific name of user,
I don't know how to do,
Please tell me how can i do it in Drupal 7 ??

I am trying to get the user edit form but I am having no luck with it. I have tried doing..

    drupal_get_form('user_profile_form');

..but it only gives me the default blank form. It works with the registration form though.

    drupal_get_form('user_register_form');

I've tried googling it but I have yet to find a solution.

Hi, please forgive me if this is the wrong forum.
I installed the module simplenews (latest version) and i'm unable to add some of my content to it (dynamically).
Any hints on how to accomplish this or if it's even possible?

I am working for a NGO and we give grants to other orgzanizations. As a result of grants sometimes we recieve documents, photoes, video and audio files. At the moment we are storing them in various places (digitalized and non-digitalized). As of digitalized files, they are stored in various Hard Disks and sometimes it is hard to find some information. As of non-digitalized information, they are taking lots of shelf spaces. We are thinking of standard formats to digitalize documents, videos and photoes.

I have a scenario that is baffling me and would like some help on how to tackle this with regard to Drupal 7

I have user role for which I want regular authenticated users to be able to schedule them for appointments (role = service providers). I want to have a field on the Service Provider's account profile in which the Service Provider (SP) can enter their hourly rate. Also, I have created a content type called "appointment" with a date field (based on the date module) so that anonymous users can schedule appointments with the Service Providers.

and this is the screenshot http://i.imgur.com/T3Evd.png is what it looks like when logged in. You notice the background image doesn't move down if there's a toolbar. How can I make the bg image to move down with the layout? It looks perfect when logged out but broken when logged in
