I would like to add the solution from this url to my site but I'm unsure where to put the views-data-export-xls-header.tpl.php in my theme. My theme is bootstrap 3, I have created the file but nothing happens, do I need to tell my theme to use it somehow?:

I have php block which displays links based on the combination of roles.

I'm looking for somone with good experience integrating the Mailchimp set of modules with Drupal 7 and Ubercart. References should include former clients with live sites in use that are able to be contacted. 

We're having an issue now where the eCommerce tab does not function. Modules are installed but the modules are not functioning properly. This is a problem solving job as well as module setup. 

My company is responsible for developing a vertical scrolling list of donors to a shrine, that will scroll via mouse click and drag. The list will be displayed on a touch screen interface, so that visitors can just drag the list up and down to view the names. We have the list created, however, we are unsure of how we can make it " scrollable ".

I have some webforms activated on our website, but the notification email generated after getting the lead is sometimes immediate, sometimes delayed (up to 3-4 hours). It is very important to us that this notification email comes immediately.
