Error after update drupal 7.87 (error on line line 584 and 545)

after I upload the update to D7.87 i went to update.php

on top there is a line where there is

Update from 7.72 to 7.87 will not run update.php

A site that was on 7.72 was updated to 7.87, but will not run update.php. It shifts to https which I don't recall seeing before. The user account I updated with and am logged on with is the same account that I've used for years. I can no longer get to the People page to check perms and likewise the account profile.

The error at update.php is
