I ask for advice.

How to set up Ubercart (Drupal 7) so that you can add goods in batches, not in units?

That is, the price is displayed per unit, and 20, 40, 60, etc. are added to the basket.
The "quantity of goods" field should be like a drop-down list with a predefined quantity.

Is there a ready-made module for this?

I want to implement a shipping policy that sets a default Flat / Free shipping rate for the globe, then individual Flat / Free shipping rates by country based on the order value.

Here's what I want the admin interface to look like, if it were a custom module:

I've been searching for a solution to the problem in this site for about weeks. but, still don't get it. I am using Drupal 7.87 on  Wampserver 3.2.6 32 bit. PHP 7.4.26 Apache 2.45.1 Php myadmin 5.1.1 My Sql 5.726. All children menus don't appear as if there were no child menu created. What should I do? 

FYI, This is what I've tried.

- changing theme, doesn't work

- changing drupal core, to 8,9 not work

- installing nice menu, superfish etc, not work.

Currently have a long running site on D7 that needs to move off to D9 as D7 is End of Life this year (2022). No big plans to change the look or feel at this stage so all I really need to do is get the site's current D7-only theme (Impact) working in D9. Site has a single css file along with 9 templates (download Impact to see the scope of the work). Looking for a time cost estimate.

We are currently using Ubercart on a Drupal 7 installation.  We use Opayo formally known as Sagepay as the payment processor.

I have started to receive the following error message and payment processing fails

HTTP Status Code:500 HTTP Status Message:The request was unsuccessful due to an unexpected condition encountered by the server.

Error Code :5006 Error Description :Unable to redirect to Vendor's web site. The Vendor failed to provide a RedirectionURL.

I get this error when trying to login to my site.

Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 1 bytes in variable_initialize() (line 1252 of /webroot/i/n/xxxxx.com/www/xxxx/includes/bootstrap.inc).
