user account does not show logout button?

In Drupal 7 provide default  logout button  like this

but I want custom logout button for the user like this

is it possible if yes how can it?

I have an option in the Admin Menu 'Store' that has the correct path (admin/commerce), and when I click on it it displays that path, but shows the wrong page ('Customer-Profiles). The expected page with the different Store options doesnt show.

Customer Profiles is a View, but when I type its url (admin/commerce/customer-profiles) I get a WSOD.
 
In the settings for the Management-menu I have disabled all refs of Customer-profiles, so the page isnt supposed to be there at all, nevertheless it keeps displaying when I click Store' and not when I type in its correct url.

D7: Looking for a way to add a node like comments to a node. Essentially I want users to be able to add pictures to a node.  So I created a content type, then I added a node reference to the node references a content type with autonode titles and only an image field.  This works great, but it doesn't allow nodes to be added by anyone.  Its also asking for a title even with autonode title enabled.  Also, Only the node owner and admins can edit the original node to add children.  I need this to be more flexible allowing anyone with permission to add the images to any node.

I've been trying for quite a while to set up Boost for my website but I'm afraid I'm not technical enough to troubleshoot the issues I encounter.

As per my post in https://www.drupal.org/project/boost/issues/2124061, Boost does create the static pages under the cache folder but only if for every single page, I clear my browser's cache.
