Drupal 7.x

I am somewhat a newbie in Drupal but I have done allot. What I am attempting is to add a new user to a Group (not OG) during registration.

I have tried many rules and flagging but fail to get a result. There is allot of documentation for adding members in OG but I can find anything for just Groups.

I have 8 different Groups set up, all working as intended. I have a separate registration page for each Group. 

Users are in a blocked status till leader of the group unblocks them. (this part all works fine)

how to create multiple  user's registrations ?
once user logging 
user can perform multiple operation  like 
1. add news
2.  post job 
please explain

I am new to the Drupal. I am trying to add a new page on a Drupal version 7.43. I have uploaded an image within sites/default/files and added the path in Block editor ( <img src="/sites/default/files/kkk.jpg" > ) But not loading the image. So i just browsed the filepath like 

Created a view page where field_topics_covered_tid and field_topics_covered_tid_1 are exposed filters(same field is added twice with one being select links and other is autocomplete). Links are generated instead of select list using better exposed filter.

Now as both filter points to same field, having both filter applied is not required and for this I need to reset filter(mutually) whenever either one of the filter is applied. There seems no hook per filter is provided in views.( e.x hook_views_filter_<field-name>)

After Installed my drupal 7 website, I faced this very odd problem.

The website load my theme, my front page images, my modules. But It does not load, my content, my blocks my, menu, my css changes. I have no idea what to do please help me. I provide you guys with screen shots from my local and my online website.
