Drupal 7.x

I am a web design teacher and very new to drupal. I had a student that was working on changing the look of their Drupal site for unauthorized or anonymous users. He was taking away the ability of the users to see the powered by drupal and the login that were shown in the footer. After that he tried to log back in as an admin and it will log him back in to his site but the black admin bar at the top disappeared so now he can not make changes to his site. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I have a custom module with some simple hook_form_alter functions in it. They work fine but often the module stops working, The things I've changed about the form go back to default, but then I refresh the cache and everything is fine.

Any thoughts as to why this happens?

I am trying to put an html code inside a block but when I try to save, I get the error "Chrome detected unusual code on this page and blocked it to protect your personal information (for example, passwords, phone numbers, and credit cards)." I have already tried with other browsers but no luck so far. I would appreciate if you could tell me what might be wrong with the code.

I was attempting to install Open Academy of Drupal distribution on my local computer and it throws the following error message during the site configuration:

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'kms.panelizer_entity' doesn't exist

Can anybody know how I can sort out this problem?
