HI

I have installed the subscription module which contains:

• Subscriptions UI
• Subscriptions Mail
• Content Subscriptions
• Taxonomy Subscriptions

I have also installed the smtp authenticationn support which I have setup to use google smtp server.

My hoster is still complaining of excessive emails being sent from the site regarding forum updates.

Does subscriptions mail use the smtp authentication module by default or have I missed a step

I have a question, regarding Drupal 7 sites file location. Right now, I got two drupal sites in a different cPanel. For example, siteone.com and sitetwo.com. But both sites are sharing the same database. Is there any method to make if I upload a file on siteone.com, it will also upload the same file to sitetwo.com.

I have a site where users login and land on a dashboard. There are private news articles, job postings, forum posts. Is there a module that will allows me to show users a kind of alert or notification icon with a counter much like facebook that will list things are new since last login.

A bunch of Drupal 7 sites I maintain for clients started sending me a password reset email for the admin user (me) without me requesting it. Is someone trying to hack my sites? Is this a widespread issue?

The sites are not all with the same host.

Wondering if this a widespread issue? Anyone experienced similar issues at some point?
