Drupal 7.x

I installed AMP, AMP PHP Library, AMP Theme, and schema.org MetaTags. Followed the configuration instructions from multiple posts. I understand the AMP technology but not who D7 will work to accomplish that. The documentation tells it will work just install and configure this, but no information about how test if it is working. It says give the url ?amp but that disables the same content as without ?amp.

But, Google search console kept saying Invalid AMP "Referenced amp url is not an amp".

The question is it AMP working for D7? 

How you you can tell it is working?

We have a rather large forum running Phpbb 3.0.14 we want to deprecate.  I have made a backup of the forum messages, users, and structure.  In going into the Drupal control panel I do not see an import function.  Can this be done?

   I am running a site developed in Drupal 7.59. Suddenly, after several years working perfectly, I just noticed that all "áéíóú"  and "ñ" characters are now displayed as "aeiou" and "n" in all pages. I have no clue of the exact moment that the problem appeared, maybe after an update, but I am not sure since this problem can have been there for weeks without noticing.

 Every table in mySQL database is set as UTF-8_general_ci.

 I have no idea of what can be the cause. Any help will be very welcome.

looking for a download files limit module developer 

i am using drupal 7 and i want a module or function to restrict our user 10 files for download in a week or 30 files in a month 

if any one can develop i can pay for this work to him.

Been using Xampp and doing backups for years, it's Xampp portable, so solved my timeout issues a long time ago...

All other sites on this Xampp local work fine, using windows 10, 64, and Drupal7/CIVI CRM.

This worked fine, but just stopped suddendly.

I looked a the error log , and Drupal doesn't even have an "admin/config/system/backup_migrate" directory, am I missing something here?

On a current Drupal 7 install, I have a Node Type with over 100+ fields on it and there are sometimes some slight performances issues when Saving a Node of that Type or even when modifying the Field settings for the Content Type in the Admin UI.

When moving it to Drupal 8, I am interested in a different approach to increase performance.

Would there be much of a Performance Increase by using a fieldable Custom Entity in place of a Node Type? I would think there would be the benefit of having it not be affected by the several Contrib modules that run node hooks.
