Drupal 7.x

I loaded my theme on Drupal.  It has produced a HTTP ERROR 500.  That is all that appears on my browser window, that is.  Now I can not even get to the login pate to log on to the dashboard to fix this or even uninstall the theme.  Please help.  For now I would not mind too much if I could just set things back to the way they were before I made the Porto theme my default theme.

Has anyone got a way to do California sales tax other than a bunch of rules within Ubercart? This gets tricky since if a city overlaps multiple counties, we can apparently have different rates. So it's hard to just tell it what city goes with what rate. It's also a large state with a lot of tax rates. I was hoping that maybe someone knew of an API connector, module, etc that we could use.

This one has had me stumped for some time, and I might have made some mistakes to exacerbate the problem.  

My site started off as a single language site, without any translation modules installed.  Last year I began translating the content, using field translation, and right away I ran into some trouble.  Some googling led me down the path of updating the database language entries, from UND to EN.  So far so good.

I have now added two languages successfully, and they work exactly as expected.

I have a php7.1 server running with Drupal7.63. Drupal is not able to connect to any external servers via ssl.

Cannot connect to Solr server:

I have installed drupal 7 site and started working. I can't able to access the administration menu's when i login as admin. I have my code repository in Acquia cloud and servers are configured there , i can see the request going but receiving no response in activity log. How can this issue be reverted or fixed
