Drupal 7.x

Hi guys,

I followed this tutorial to install drupal 7 and 8 api https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/modules/api-module/create-your-own-api-7x-... all went well so then i tried to install https://api.drupal.org/api/views/7.x-3.x  but when i try to clone it I get 

Sites: 3550nw8.com, ladywig.com

Core: 7.63

Tried all troubleshooting procedures I could think of:

checked perms and ownership

Donwloaded latest jquery from github, placed in sites/all/libraries/simpleWeather, no need to rename file in latest version.

Configured block according to instructions, it is impossible to configure otherwise, it will throw error. Block shows empty

Ran out of ideas, so posted issue, still no answer.

Authenticated user when they click on Add Content or Edit menu the page becomes dark and they don't get the proper dialog box.

View Published Content box is checked for Authenticated user.

What permission am I missing?

I apologize if this is the incorrect section for this. The problem is I really don't understand this issue well enough to even categorize it.

We have a view that returns nodes.
Those nodes have file fields where pdf documents (resumés) were uploaded.

I would like the admin to download all attached files as ONE zip file. So have a function allowing the admin to download ALL files attached to the nodes seen in the view. As ONE ZIP FILE containing all the files.

Anyone can guide? Thanks!
