Drupal 7.x

Hello all... I'm new to drupal and have been tasked with fixing a few issues on a site.  Basically, some of the text is not properly aligned in the frame and should have a specific offset from the left (I believe).  Any recommendations for a newb like me to fix this issue?  Thanks!!

My site is hacked a few times in the last days.

It seems there is a breach. 

A folder named .X13-unix/upd is uploaded into my root with multiple files of which one excecutes non stop.

We remove the folder and files, but they get uploaded over and over...

Someone any idea what this could be and how to solve it?

I'd need your help after searching too long for my specific demand...
For my design portfolio I want the address line in browsers to show always

www.example.de/sign   not/never/instead_of only   www.example.de

(TLD + "/sign"; it's a one pager actually, but it should still be possible to see files/folders like example.de/sign/privacy etc.)
I tried only to change the settings.php to

I created a Drupal 7x RSS feed in Views but can't get it to import into WordPress. The main issue is that it does not validate.

ERROR: Undefined root element: channel
(https://validator.w3.org)

Tried using combinations of <channel> as the "root node" and <item> as "item node" under:
Format > XML file > Settings

I know I must be missing something. Does anyone have any insight on the correct configuration? Thanks in advance.

I'd like to show views depending on form values. Do you have some ideas to do it ? I'm coding a custom module to do that.
